Gabriela Passos is the founder of Dulce Paradise. Born in Brazil, she has lived in Quebec since 2014.
When Gabriela moved to Montreal, she brought her traditional recipes and know-how with her. She went on to hone her skills through specialized pastry-making courses. Working as a chocolate maker for several months, she was able to gain deep knowledge of local Quebec products.
In 2015, Gabriela launched her first business, selling her homemade brigadeiros, cakes and desserts to meet the great demand in Montreal’s Brazilian community.
Based on this successful first initiative, Gabriela opened her pastry studio in September 2018, in the heart of the vibrant Côte-des-Neiges neighbourhood, just steps from the Saint Joseph Oratory and the Université de Montreal.
